Order Processing
GreatBuys-USA.com works hard to make sure your order is handled professionally, on time, and fairly.  We know you want your order as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost possible.  Most GreatBuys-USA.com orders are processed the next business day of order receipt, and shipped 24-48 hours thereafter. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.

Product Availability
Please note that GreatBuys-USA.com tries to keep accurate information about product availability.  However, we cannot promise that all items that are ordered will be in stock or available for immediate shipment.  Sudden demand for an item can have an affect on its availability and you will be notified via email.

Shipping Carrier
GreatBuys-USA.com uses FedEx, UPS and USPS for all of your Domestic needs.

Where We Ship
GreatBuys-USA.com accepts orders only within the 48 contintental U.S. at this time. We reserve the right to cancel any order that deems suspicious or are known for high fraud rates. 
Shipments to Hawaii / Alaska are not available at this time. We do not ship internationally.

Shipments to PO Boxes are not allowed. You must have a street address for shipping.

Shipping Costs
We use a ground shipping methods on all orders. This is the only way to keep costs down. If you absolutely need overnight or 2 day delivery please email us or call, but keep in mind that it could cost more than what the product cost.

Order Status
Here at GreatBuys-USA.com we want to keep you as informed as possible about the status of your order.  After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email if you provided us with a valid email address.  It will have your order #, order details, and a link to check the status of your order.  Your order process goes through 3-4 stages before shipment.
 

  • Pending - We have confirmed your order and we are verifying your payment. If you hit the backspace or go back for any reason after entering the PayPal page, it will show as the order is complete. You must complete the PayPal process before your order is complete. If no payment is received after 3 days your order will be cancelled. 
  • Confirmed - Your payment has been verified and your order is in the processed.
  • Shipped - Your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.
  • Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled with the reason for the action.
  • Refunded - You have received a refund. 

If you have any questions about your order, including order status, you can visit your personal Order Tracking page at your "Account Maintenance" or you can visit our contact us page and send us an email.

Order Tracking & Tracking Numbers
Here at GreatBuys-USA.com we want to keep you as informed as possible. Initially you will be sent an order confirmation email shortly after you submit your order which includes an order number and your order details.

If you have any questions about your order, including order status, you can visit our web site and track your purchase through your personal Order Information ("Account Maintenance") page. We'll inform you if any items in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued. You will be sent an email showing which items are available to ship immediately and given the choice to either cancel or process and ship your order if any item is out of stock.

Once your order is shipped you will be issued a tracking number. This tracking number can be accessed through your personal Order Information ("Account Maintnence") page. You can then enter your tracking numbers for FedEx Tracking, UPS or USPS Tracking. Accepting Delivery
ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!

Please inspect the package on receipt before signing for it. If the package itself appears damaged but the merchandise itself is probably not affected, note the damage on the delivery receipt. If you believe that the merchandise inside may be damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us via email.

Refused Items
All refused items will be credited 25% less restocking fee, minus freight charges.

Problems
If you accept a delivery and notice problems thereafter, please email us. Keep all packaging materials until the matter has been satisfactorily settled. That way it will be easier for you to return products to us, if necessary.
